Drink-Drive Limits Toughened Up
Legislative Council met yesterday (Thursday) and passed a Bill which reduces the permissible levels of alcohol in the blood when in charge of a car or attempting to drive.
The amended legislation refers to section 43 of the 1985 Road Traffic Ordinance where:-

The amendments to the 1985 Road Traffic Ordinance also include the regulation of public service vehicles and the delegation of authority to issue a licence.
