Catching Up with Carlos

Dr Soto left St Helena at short notice while investigations into Sergio Villatoro Bran were underway.  There was no official explanation for Dr Soto’s sudden departure however, as always, there were several rumours circulating.  During the course of the assessment of claims for clinical negligence by Hugh James Solicitors, some Saints have raised concerns about Dr Soto’s professional standards and qualifications.  No formal assessment of the validity or gravity of these claims against Dr Soto has yet been made.

Until now Dr Soto could not be traced.

Described as a general surgeon at the Turks and Caicos Island Hospital, Dr Soto Canova has featured prominently in recent days on Facebook promoting breast screening for the TCI hospital.  

While we are confident Dr Carlos Soto Canova is the Dr Soto we know, we have to be sure.  Maybe this could happen next Wednesday.
